Shipping

 

Please allow between 3-7 business days for processing your order. Due to the impact of COVID-19 worldwide, there are some shipping delays with most shipping companies. Also, during the holiday season, it may take longer for orders to arrive due to the busy season for postal services.  Please make note of this when purchasing your items.  All shipping times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee estimated dates. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please find a brief summary of the shipping rates rules below:

• For shipping within Canada, the flat rate shipping cost is $12.79 CAD and $4.79 CAD only for bandanas/scrunchies through Canada Post. You will be eligible for free CAD-only shipping if your order is over $75 CAD.
• For shipping to USA, the flat rate shipping cost is $12.79 CAD and $7.79 CAD only for bandanas/scrunchies through USPS. You will be eligible for free US-only shipping if your order is over $75 CAD.
• For International Shipping Small Packet International Air, the flat rate shipping cost is $15.79 CAD and $9.79 CAD only for bandanas/scrunchies through Canada Post. You will be eligible for free international shipping if your order is over $75 CAD. The delivery time is approximately 15-20 business days. 

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Puppy Artisan does not cover these taxes, duties and fees. The customer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges will vary by country. 

If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.
